Aero Industrial Services, LLC ("AIS", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, client portal, and aerial-data services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email, company, phone, and profile picture you provide.
- Project information — flight plans, addresses, deliverables, files, and messages you exchange with AIS.
- Usage information — login times, presence status, IP address, browser, and device.
- Aerial data — imagery, video, orthomosaics, 3D models, and reports captured for your projects.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to deliver and improve our services, including to:
- Provision and operate your portal account, project workspaces, and meetings.
- Communicate about projects, schedules, invoices, and product updates.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Display presence and contact details to AIS personnel and team members you've authorized.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) AIS personnel and authorized sub-processors needed to operate the service (hosting, video meetings, payments, analytics); (b) parties you direct us to share with; and (c) authorities when required by law.
4. Data Retention
Project files and account records are retained for the life of your engagement plus a reasonable archive period. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit, row-level security, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication when available.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact privacy@aeroindustrialservices.com to exercise these rights.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the portal or by email.
