Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aero Industrial Services, LLC ("AIS") websites, client portal, video meetings, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
2. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or abusive use of the Services.
- No attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
- No interference with operation, reverse engineering, or scraping at scale without permission.
3. Project Deliverables
Aerial data, imagery, reports, and other deliverables produced for your project are licensed to you for your business use upon full payment. AIS retains rights to underlying tooling, methodology, and anonymized operational data.
4. Payments
Fees, due dates, and scope are set out in your accepted quote or invoice. Late balances may accrue interest and AIS may suspend Services for non-payment after notice.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third parties (hosting, video calling, payment processing). Their availability is not guaranteed. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AIS does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIS's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to AIS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty (30) days of notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment, confidentiality, IP, liability) will survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
